We were called back to a customer in Hondo, TX who needed additional trails on their 170-acre ranch. The project required creating six trails, each nearly 1,500 feet long. It was a challenging job, but no match for our team. Our forestry mulching equipment handled the project with ease, and we delivered exactly what the customer needed.

Completed a project for a fellow neighbor who contacted us because of our attention to detail and competitive pricing.
Steve asked us to clear the fence line on both the left and right sides of the property. The rocky terrain made it a challenge, but we got the job done right.
While mulching, he also requested a 70 ft x 50 ft clean-out area for a future barn, along with a leveled space for a mini golf area. He was impressed with how quickly and efficiently everything was completed.

During this project, we were able to help a customer who had previously hired a company to mulch several trees. Unfortunately, the job was not completed correctly, leaving behind too many large tree stumps and 12 dirt mounds that were an eyesore on the property.
We came in with the right equipment and experience to get the job done properly. With two Bobcats on site, we were able to complete the project efficiently while paying close attention to the details.
We leveled out the dirt mounds and even dug a hole for a large rock the customer wanted to hide. Instead of paying the high cost of hauling the rocks away, we found a way to keep the customer’s costs down while still getting the property cleaned up and looking right.

We were called out to Hondo, TX for six days of forestry mulching on a 168-acre property. Over time, many of the trails and fence lines had become heavily overgrown with thick brush, making a large portion of the property difficult for the customer to access.
That’s where Midio Construction LLC came in. We opened up the overgrown trails, cleared along the fence lines, and helped make the property accessible again. To give the project an extra finishing touch, we also used our John Deere tractor to cut the entire front portion of the property.
The customer was extremely impressed with the transformation and the attention to detail throughout the project.

We were able to help a customer in Crystal City, TX with several improvements to his property. The main goal was to widen the existing road to prepare for a future water line project, along with opening up several overgrown trails that needed additional width and better access.
This project took a few days of work, but at Midio Construction LLC, no land-clearing project is too big or too small. We take pride in doing the job right and leaving our customers with property that is cleaner, more accessible, and ready for their future plans.
